White Wine 2008
:
Prepared by blending three varieties: clairette,
white grenache, white ugni. This wine is witness
to the delicacy of clairette, with a good
quality pretty green sparkle. In the mounth
leaves an impression of freshness, suitable
as an aperitif, with fish or shellfish, without
overlooking enjoying it with goat's cheese.

Rose 2008
:
Wine tinged with raspberry colour, fresh and
long lasting on the palate. Well balanced,
very agreeable to drink with grilled food
or charcuterie.

Red 2006
:
Lovely colour, typical Cotes du Rhone blend:
grenache, syrah, cinsault. Fruity elegance
on the palate with blended tannins, lasting
in the mouth, a wine for gourmands to drink
with red meats, good ageing during 2-3 years.
Gold Medal at Avignon and Nimes, 2 stars in
the Guide Hachette.
Village 2008
:
Prepared from grenache 60% and syrah 40%,
traditionally blended. Violet red colour with
cherry and raspberry on the nose. Delicate
tannins which do not mask the fruit, a wine
to be allowed to age.
Prepared from hand selected grapes.
