White Wine 2006 : Prepared by blending three varieties: clairette, white grenache, white ugni. This wine is witness to the delicacy of clairette, with a good quality pretty green sparkle. In the mounth leaves an impression of freshness, suitable as an aperitif, with fish or shellfish, without overlooking enjoying it with goat's cheese. Selected by the Guide Hachette 2008.
Rose 2006 : Wine tinged with raspberry colour, fresh and long lasting on the palate. Well balanced, very agreeable to drink with grilled food or charcuterie. Selected by Guide Hachette 2008.
Red 2005 : Lovely colour, typical Cotes du Rhone blend: grenache, syrah, cinsault. Fruity elegance on the palate with blended tannins, lasting in the mouth, a wine for gourmands to drink with red meats, good ageing during 2-3 years. Gold Medal at Avignon and Nimes, 2 stars in the Guide Hachette.
Village 2005 : Prepared from grenache 60% and syrah 40%, traditionally blended. Violet red colour with cherry and raspberry on the nose. Delicate tannins which do not mask the fruit, a wine to be allowed to age. Prepared from hand selected grapes.
